Le Marché St. George

Farmers markets and artisanal markets make me so happy, and one of my favourite places is Le Marché St. George. It is a café/market that carries some of my favourite bottled arrabiata sauce, chorizo and To Die For banana bread. I love this place so much that yesterday, I stopped by twice – first, for banana bread and a tea misto before work, and then again after work for a ham & cheese croissant.

Their ham & cheese croissants are actually heaven – they are made to order. They slice open one of their buttery croissants and fill it with thin slices of salty ham, gruyere and a little bit of Dijon, heat it up and it’s just amazing.
