Pup & Grub, named after two of our greatest loves in this world, is a space where we explore happiness and overall wellness.

Stella, the original inspiration for this space, never let anything get her down – not her myriad allergies, not her pushed-in nose and French bulldog stature. We could all learn from that little pup.

Our worlds are busy, crazy, and oftentimes, uncertain. It’s a tough world out there, but just like Stella, we’re determined to live and love well. You’re more than welcome to join us!
