On Friday we visited Tangram Creamery. Their langues de chat ice cream cones were too intriguing to pass up. Langues de chat are thin buttery cookies (a little bit like tuile), often sandwiching a layer of chocolate. As an ice cream cone, they were perfect. While Tangram’s ice cream was great (I had vanilla bean), the cone was definitely the best part. Next time, I want to try their lychee sorbet or salted caramel.
