Last weekend, we went to the southernmost point in Canada – the Tip in Point Pelee National Park. It was really kind of beautiful, and I had a wonderful time. But even more beautiful were the pinche tacos we had at Taco Tony in Leamington on our way home. The chips were perfect, the spicy tomatillo salsa just right, and the carnitas on point.
