
As predicted, November flew by, and suddenly it’s December 1st. While I’m not complaining that December is upon us, it would be nice if time could slow down just a little bit. Each day brings us closer to end of the school year, and I go back and forth between being ready to graduate for the last time and not wanting to leave the security and familiarity of school. I’ve realized, though, that time doesn’t really care about your feelings – it just keeps on going and all you can do is try to keep pace. I know December will fly by as well – my two weeks at home will feel like two seconds, and before I know it, it’ll be January and the start of a brand new semester. So with that in mind, I plan on eating my way through December. I’m already imagining all the chocolates and shortbread and stollen and tarts.
