Today is Wednesday which means my week in Vancouver comes to an end in approximately three days. Wonderful. I had high productivity hopes for this week; not surprisingly I’ve gotten way off track – Vancouver is a city of many, many distractions. So many things to taste and see and smell. From Aztec hot chocolate to fresh-baked mochi buns, porchetta sandwiches and fresh pappardelle, I just had to have it all. And sadly, not much reading got done.
