So October just flew by: Thanksgiving came and went, Halloween happened, and suddenly it’s November, we’re falling back an hour and Movember is in full swing. The temperature’s dropped, and it’s that time of year again: exams are just over a month away. And I am in desperate need of a quiet coffee shop to study at. I miss a lot of things about home, but what I’m missing most right now is Trafiq Café – there just isn’t a better study session than one that starts with Texas toast & maple vanilla butter, and ends with quiche and carrot cake. And its giant windows were perfect for people-watching between chapters.

Here, my options are limited, to say the least. I am, however, determined to find a coffee shop where I can case brief into the night alongside a steaming vanilla tea misto, before the end of the semester.
