S’mores-a-jar from Beta5 Chocolates: milk chocolate mousse, smoked aerated chocolate, toasted marshmallows, chocolate twigs, and graham crackers. It’s their April dessert-in-a-jar feature, and a great little play on the real thing.
I might as well talk about their April cream puff ring, which I tried a few days ago: chopped toasted hazelnuts, filled with a candy cap mushroom custard and pinenut mousseline, and topped with cocoa and matcha white chocolate.
April’s looking (and tasting) pretty good so far.
